Nevada Medicaid started renewals. When it’s time to renew your coverage, you should receive a notice in the mail from Nevada Medicaid.

Don’t lose your health plan. You must take action to keep your coverage. If you have children, they may qualify even if you don’t. Stay Insured

How to renew your health plan

Make sure your contact information is up to date for when it’s time to renew your coverage.

Return your completed and signed form to RenewMyMedicaid@dwss.nv.gov. The email will be sent from the email account associated with the mobile device or computer.

This is the easiest way to renew. Complete the renewal form mailed to you by Nevada Medicaid. Then mail the form to:

Call the Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services toll-free. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. They can assist you in any language.
