Consultations, follow up care or visits with providers require an appointment for:

Schedule a mental health virtual visit. Staffed by licensed master-level clinicians, mental health virtual visits are available by appointment only.

In order to use this service for mental health therapy, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Must have access to a computer with camera or a smartphone.
  • Must not be experiencing active suicidal or homicidal thoughts.
  • Must not be seeking services to address a substance disorder.
  • Must not be seeking services to secure prescription medications.

To schedule an appointment for mental health therapy, call toll-free 1-800-873-2246, TTY 711, and then press zero at the prompt to speak with an intake specialist.

Video chat with a health educator or registered dietitian. To make an appointment with a health educator or registered dietitian, call toll-free 1-800-720-7253, TTY 711.

Meet with a case manager virtually. If needed, a provider will reach out to you to schedule an appointment with a case manager.

Get care from a specialist virtually. If needed, a provider will reach out to you to schedule an appointment with a specialist.

Get same-day medication delivery.1

Health Plan of Nevada (HPN) and Walgreens now provide same-day medication deliveries to HPN members prescribed a medication during a NowClinic virtual visit. Delivery is available to HPN members in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson.
 

NowClinic® virtual visits are not intended to address emergency or life-threatening medical conditions. Please call 911 or go to the emergency room under those circumstances. Members under the age of 18 must have a guardian contact NowClinic customer support for assistance in enrolling for their account. Customer support can be reached at 1-877-550-1515.

1Same-day medication delivery is only available to Health Plan of Nevada (HPN) members and is for medications prescribed during a NowClinic virtual visit that are not controlled medications or medications requiring refrigeration. Service area is Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson based on delivery address. Delivery wait times may vary and may carry over to next day depending on time prescription is submitted.
